Payment Application Made Easy for Excel (Paymee) is contractor billing software that creates high-quality progress billings & payment applications forms.

Paymee is now Freeware! Paymee allows you to easily create & update Application for Payments from Microsoft Excel. Paymee is very easy to use, powerful & customizable to meet your project specific needs. Put in the detail & the summary gets generated automatically! Paymee was designed for use by construction contractors as a customizable progress billing solution and as an alternative format to CCDC forms & AIA G702* & AIA G703*. Paymee is suitable for use by any organization that needs to periodically submit a progress bill against a contract amount. Paymee can also be used to simply create a schedule of values for billing or accounting purposes. Microsoft Excel (any version since Excel 2000) is required. However, no Excel experience needed & no formulas to write!

The current version of Paymee also supports:

  • Paymee American Style (no charts) Template - Create Payment Applications & Schedule of Values consistent with the American Construction Industry. Paymee supports printing onto AIA Document G702* when using this template.
  • Paymee Canadian Template - Create Payment Applications & Schedule of Values consistent with CCDC. Ideal for use in Canada.
  • Paymee Plus Template - Create Payment Applications & Schedule of Values consistent with European Union formats. Allows for adjustments such as VAT / Taxes / Fee's / GST / Overhead & Profit.
  • Support for Unit Prices - Enter line items by quantity and unit price!
