This text is editable if Settings -> Setup & Options, Summary Sheet Tab -> Page Contents tab, Contractors certification -> Custom (editable) is set.
The top part is for the contractor to sign after printing. On some projects it may be acceptable to 'type' a signature.
With Excel XP and later (>= version '10') it is also possible to digitally sign an Excel file including an Excel Paymee file (after Exporting).
This field is standard & cannot be removed on the Free version of Paymee. It can be removed on the licensed version by Settings -> Setup & Options, Summary Sheet Tab -> Page Contents tab, then check "Don't Show 'Created using Paymee...' text".
The notary area can be removed or customized. For options on this refer to Settings -> Setup & Options, Summary Sheet Tab -> Page Contents tab -> Include a Notary Section.
